Ealisha is a neuropsychologist and Research Assistant at Bombay Hospital with a Masters in Neuropsychology from Christ University, Bangalore. She assesses and treats neurological, cognitive, and psychological conditions, and contributes to ICMR studies on brain behaviour relationships.

Sandeepan is dedicated to lifelong learning and empowering individuals, especially students. With over 25 years’ experience in finance, education, strategy, advisory, and marketing communication, he has shaped MSMEs and serves on multiple boards. He is Director at I & I Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. and Founder Trustee of Synergy Group of Schools. His credentials include a B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, a PGDM in Finance, and an MDP from IIM Ahmedabad.

Usha Iyer

Usha is an educationist with over 40 years of experience, beginning as a Postgraduate English Teacher at Kendriya Vidyalaya in 1982 and advancing to roles such as Principal, Assistant Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, and Director of ZIET, Mumbai. There, she led teacher professional development and developed English curriculum materials for Classes I–VIII. Her career includes national and international assignments in Moscow, Mumbai, Pune, Calicut, Kolkata, and Bhubaneswar. She holds degrees in French and English (BA), English (MA), B.Ed., M.Ed., and a PGCTE from EFLU, Hyderabad.
